After 30+ years in the Business and Financial Management field I decided to dedicate myself to working as a fulltime Realtor. I love to work with first time home buyers and hold their hand as they learn the path to Home Ownership. With my years and licensing in the financial field I am also uniquely positioned to assist the affluent in their purchase of a either a primary residence, retirement or vacation home. I don't pretend to know everything in fact I like to learn from my clients. I just work hard, am very conscientious and if I tell you I am going to do something then I do it.

Samantha Dill is a Military wife and mother. She loves working with First Time Home buyers and thinks that every step is very important. When buying your first home it's important that you have someone you can trust who will answer every question you have and explain every step along the way. Samantha also loves working with Veterans, with her personal experience purchasing her home with a VA loan she has a unique perspective and can walk a buyer through everything needed from start to close.
